The company was established over twenty years ago by original founder, Josephine Slaymaker. Impact are all professional performers who, individually, have appeared in West End theatres, No1 UK theatre tours, UK and European theatre tours, film, TV, cruise ships, television, circus work, corporate events and more, and have performed with numerous prestigious companies in the UK and internationally.

Impact have recently developed from providing only dancers, to further entertainment in 2021, with singers and multi-skilled artists now part of our company, to cater for the ever evolving requests of our clients. This is driven by the creative vision of the new Creative Director, Lyndsey Orr, who has been a performer with the company for the past 10 years, and is excited about the future ahead!
